I had been dreaming about my wedding cake for a year, and when I finally got to have it made by Cake in a Cup, I was in for a big surprise. I sent a picture of my cake, with some minor alterations for the decor, to Lisa. She and her team did a marvelous job replicating my cake! It was not only beautiful, but delicious. As I walked into the reception, I was in awe at how wonderful my cake looked. It was like she had gotten parts of multiple cakes and put them all together to make my dream cake! Now, one of my favorite parts, was the “groom’s cake surprise” at the custom sculpted cake display. They made an exact replica of my bulldog, Max, piercing the top of the cake with a red rose. It was so awesome! I highly recommend Lisa and her team, for not only the wonderful sculpting and decorating of your wedding cake, but for the great communication and service leading up to your wedding day. You will be in great hands with Lisa and her team! Plus… we got to enjoy another cake at our wedding, since we got two layers… the marble cake with the rich chocolate filling was to die for!
