We hired Ardy to make our wedding cake. She is awesome! She is so easy to talk to and is very professional. Her cakes are delicious. The flavors are so good and hard to choose which one you want. We went with a lemon cake with raspberry filling and lemon curd. It was really good! She has different flavors of icing and different fillings. I told her what I like and don’t like and she came up with a cake that has a little bit of everything I like. Her designs are awesome. We asked for a design on the cake that she has never done before and she came out with an awesome design. She does not use fondant to decorate her cakes, she uses real buttercream, and it doesn’t taste bad at all! Her pricing is very reasonable. We had a 3-tier cake that serves 65-80 people for about $500. Her cakes are so good that for that price you are getting a giant cake! She is the best! Also, she is a woman! That is huge in Alaska and very refreshing. Thanks Ardy! You have a new customer for life! For those of you who have seen the movie Hocus Pocus, her cake design is inspired by the Sanderson sisters from the movie.

Our wedding cake was perfect. She listened to exactly what we wanted and made it come to life. She created exactly what we drew up. She also made our wedding cake table setting come to life. It was so much more that just a cake. She added a touch of whimsy that was so much more special than just a cake. She even made us a brand new cake top for our one year anniversary.

Besides making a cake that looks like a million bucks and tastes like it as well, she also has a personality that makes you feel like you have known her for years. She is so sweet and has a heart of gold. Everyone should have Ardy making cakes for their wedding. I was so lucky to find her and even more lucky to have her make our cake. She is so sweet and her and her husband are so genuine. you will not be disappointed if you choose Ardy. She will help you create your dream cake and will make you feel like you are her dearest friend that she is just helping you achieve your cake dreams.

I loved my wedding cake so much that I destroyed my anniversary top as I ate it the day after our wedding. hahaha
