We loved the experience of working with Ashley and branching out cakes, from tasting all the flavors and picking our favorites to having a private consultation with Ashley and discussing our ideas and the cake we wanted created. We had our first taste of wedding cake when Ashley baked some cupcakes for us in the flavor flavors we had selected to make our decision easier.
Our wedding cake was a work of art. We wanted a cake with gold flakes and many layers and a design that would be a reflection of our personalities. Ashley and her team created a masterpiece, a 3-dimensional gold-foil covered cake with blue-tinted layers and a large gold bow. A large red “H” was created out of gum paste and placed at the top. We were very happy with our cake. We were also very happy with the additional treat of cupcakes in all our selected flavor flavors.
