I can’t give enough credit to Veronica and Belladonna. I was a very difficult bride - I changed my mind about everything! She kept calm in stressful situations and it paid off with a beautiful cake. I wanted to use my Grandfather’s 85 year old cake for my father in law’s side of the family and he is a little older than my grandma. My husband and I are Dutch and we love Chocolate cake with Raspberry filling - hers is out of this world! The cake was so good that we couldn’t choose one flavor and we ended up with Chocolate with Mousse Tres Leches and Creme Brûlée and Tres Leches is one of our favorite types of cake. The other flavors we chose were Coconut with Coconut Cream and Chocolate with Mousse Tres Leches and Creme Brûlée. Her cake decorations are beautiful and she will do whatever you want - I wanted a lace design that she hadn’t done before and she pulled it off! She also has a lot of different designs that other bakers don’t have. The cake itself is so moist and delicious that it freezes well and it was perfect the day of our wedding and it was great after being frozen! She’s the best!
