Devin was such a pleasure to work with for our wedding! We started by having a tasting with her and her husband, felt like family rather than a potential customer. We then decided to hire her team for our wedding cake. Our wedding was small, intimate, and we wanted the most simple cake possible…but with quality and style. Our wedding cake was beautiful, simple, and most importantly moist! We had the choice of 3 different cakes with different flavors, and we couldn’t have went wrong with any of them. We had a lemon cake with lemon curd, a raspberry cake with raspberry jam, and a champagne cake with strawberry and Champagne curd. All flavors were fresh, and added a nice light taste to our night. We had 3 styles of butter cream, and they were so smooth it felt like fondant, but they were still able to hold a shape. The most beautiful sugar work, in our opinion, was the sugar flowers. I don’t know much about flowers, but she was able to create the most beautiful flowers that matched our wedding colors. The best part is that we get a small version of this cake at our 1 year anniversary! Thank you so much Devin and the Bella Delights team!
