The best cake I have ever had!!! We had to pick two flavors, which was not a problem at all! We decided to go with the Champagne cake with raspberry butter cream filling and the almond cake with raspberry filling. Both of them were delicious! The cake was soft, moist and not too sweet. It was really hard to decide which flavor we wanted! Then they decorated the cake with the fresh flowers that I previously provided to them. It was beautiful! Now, one of the most important parts of the cake, the tasting! They provided 5 flavors that you can choose from. They were all delicious, but we decided that it was too hard to choose one. They then suggested to try the champagne cake with raspberry filling and the almond cake with raspberry filling. We decided to go for it, and were highly pleased by the results! Our wedding cake was perfect! Delicious, beautiful and something out of a dream! Can’t wait to eat the top tier on our one year anniversary!

I have been to more wedding fairs than I care to admit, but The Best in the West was the only one I kept going back to sit on the cake and eat the samples. They had it all- a large assortment of flavors, shapes, sizes, patterns, you name it! Then I remembered that this was a place that could do anything! I was hooked. I booked my venue and got my date. I looked through their extensive design book and picked out the cake I wanted. Then I talked to Thanh, who is THE BEST! She is knowledgeable, passionate, and patient. She walked me through the process of picking up my cake toppers, and explained all the options for decorating the cake. I left there so excited! Then came the hard part- deciding which flavors! I think I sampled every flavor they had! Unfortunately, we had a lot of leftover cake, so I was glad I could return to this vendor many times throughout my engagement! Then, about 3 weeks before my wedding, I had a mini freak-out- will it still be able to do what I want? Will it look right? Will it be on time??? Then, I called. Thanh was there and solved all my problems- she talked to the designer, and had my cake exactly how I wanted it. It was beautiful and perfect. It tasted amazing, too! The staff always remembered me, and helped me throughout the process. This is a vendor you can trust. They do what they say, and they do it well! I am so glad I booked them for my wedding cake!
