Where do I begin? When we first started planning our wedding, I knew right away that we wanted Ana to create our wedding cake. Not only because she is so wonderful but also because her cakes are so delicious! It was so hard to pick flavors for our wedding cake, because every single one of her flavors is so yummy!

We had so many people at the wedding tell us how much they enjoyed the cake, and how it was so beautiful. The cake design was very elegant, and fit in beautifully with our theme!

Ana is so wonderful to work with! She was so sweet and kind from the beginning! She was very flexible with our flavors, and helped us design a cake that looked and tasted great!

Ana is an artist with every single piece of decor she puts on a cake! Our cake was decorated with every single one of inspiration for our wedding, and it came out so beautiful! It was decorated with every single one of our favorite symbols, and it came out beautifully!

I cannot wait for our 1 year anniversary cake!!

We had a beautiful, elegant wedding at The Water’s Edge at the DoubleTree in Mystic CT. We wanted a big, fancy cake with all of the bells and whistles (i.e. lots of icing, sugar flowers, etc.) but in the end we went with a simple vanilla cake with chocolate mousse and fresh strawberries. It was delicious and our guests LOVED it. Our cake was so delicious that when we decided to do cupcakes for our anniversary, we used the same cake and filling combination and the cupcakes were a hit!

The real stars of the show were the cupcakes! We had to-go boxes filled with 6 cupcakes for our guests to enjoy on their way to the dance floor. We chose the following flavors: lemon cake with lemon cream and fresh strawberries, red velvet cake with cream cheese filling, vanilla cake with raspberry filling, chocolate cake with chocolate ganache filling, and carrot cake with white chocolate cream cheese filling. They were delicious and extremely reasonably priced!

Ana was such a pleasure to work with. She was so informative throughout the process and was so helpful with the flavors and combinations. She is so talented and the cake was stunning on the day. Everyone loved the flavors and especially loved that you could have different fillings for each tier. I have been so spoiled in that respect, as all of my weddings up to this one have included the same flavor for all the tiers. This was a huge hit. I also wanted to note that she was incredibly communicative, quick to respond and very flexible to the many changes I made to the size and flavors of the cakes. She was so easy to work with. I found that with all the changes, we easily exceeded the number of cakes that her contract said were allowed. That meant that we were able to get some of our favorite flavors and also get a few additional cakes. It was the extra touches, especially the fillings that made this vendor especially great.
