We chose to have Debra make our wedding cake for our wedding at Windy Hill. The cake was so beautiful and delicious. We had a 4 tier cake for 80 people and each layer was different. We chose lemon with raspberry jam, chocolate with mocha ganache, and chocolate with espresso buttercream. We loved that we were able to have 3 different flavors. We also chose a different flavor for each tier. We had white with lemon buttercream, chocolate with espresso buttercream, and marble with chocolate buttercream. I cannot tell you how many people asked me what cake it was. Not only did it look amazing, it was sooooo good. We have not eaten cake since the wedding, we had a piece of the top layer the day after the wedding and it was so good we did not want to share. Cake is not usually my favorite, but hers made me a fan for life. If you want someone who not only has a amazing artistic eye, but can bake delicious cake, call Debra. You will not be disappointed.

My husband and I have been using Aux Delices for a few years now. We first sampled her cake at a bridal show, and knew right away that we wanted to use her for our wedding. She makes all of the fillings, cakes, and icing’s from scratch, not using a boxed mix.

Over the years, we’ve had a couple different cakes made by Deb. They’ve all been fantastic.

About a year ago, we had her make our cake for our son’s first birthday. It was such a special day, and she went above and beyond and made the most beautiful cake. We knew we wanted her to make our wedding cake.

When we had to postpone our wedding from May 2014 to May 2015, we asked her if she’d be willing to make a small cake for us to sample. We only had about 20 people, so we only wanted a very small cake. It was so yummy, we knew we wanted to go with her.

When we finally got to have our wedding in November, we knew we wanted Deb to make our wedding cake. We had so many people tell us how great the cake was. We had three layers: chocolate, funfetti, and red velvet. All were great. We decided to go with the chocolate and funfetti, with oreo filling. It was the best oreo filling I’ve ever had.

I can’t say enough good things about Deb and Aux Delices. You’ll get a delicious cake, made from scratch, with great customer service.

I would like to thank you and your team for the wonderful experience we had at our wedding. We choose two flavors of wedding cake (one of which was a special request and flavor was a wedding first for Aux Delices). The cake was wonderful and the taste even better. The other flavors we choose where also amazing. We also had a dessert bar which all the guests loved. It was a nice variety from cake, cupcakes and cookies. Everyone kept asking us where the desserts were from and we were finally be able to tell them they were from Aux Delices. I have a relative with a nut allergy and you went above and beyond to make sure the cupcakes and cake were safe for her to eat. We loved that our cake and cupcakes were delicious but also that they were safe for our guests to eat. Thank you for making our wedding day so special.
