We found out about the Black Forest Pastry Shop from my father in law. He ordered custom German cookies for our invitations and the Black Forest Cookies were the first to arrive. They were soft, fresh and delicious. After talking to others in the wedding industry we decided to do a cookie bar instead of cupcakes. The Black Forest cookies were the perfect treat to put at the end of the night. We chose the Black Forest cookies in different flavors, with different icing and with different flavors on top. We also chose a few different designs on the cookies. We had germany style, smore style and red velvet with cream cheese. They were all great and very pretty. Our guests loved them and they ate a few and took some home. The black forest Pastry Shop was very easy to work with via email and phone. They arrived on time and set up a cookie bar perfectly. They had help setting up and they had everything ready to go when they left. The few times I needed to call, they were very quick to return my phone calls. I would recommend the Black Forest Pastry Shop to anyone who needed bakery goods. They even made custom cookies for my bridal shower!

We were very happy to have a Black Forest cake as the main cake for our wedding. We first met with Martin during the early part of 2016. He was very professional, and had a variety of delicious cake flavors to choose from. He was very accommodating, and even made a special vanilla flavor for my mother-in-law, who loves vanilla cakes. They did a great tasting sample, and helped us to choose the perfect combination of flavors. Throughout the process of planning the wedding, the team at Black Forest was great, and worked with us to make sure we had the perfect cake. They were responsive, and helped us to make the cake look even better than what we had initially discussed. The cake looked and tasted amazing, and it was a huge complement to the other elements of our wedding. We would recommend them to anyone!
