The cake was not only beautiful but delicious. I was so happy to be able to do the tasting at the bakery. It made it so easy to pick what flavors we wanted to use for our cake. We were able to try a few different cake flavors, fillings and icings. We were also able to see examples of past cakes to give us a visual of the design we wanted. We were also able to use our own cake topper for our cake. The cake was delicious and all of our guests enjoyed it. We were also able to use a few different cake flavors for different layers of our cake. Our favorite was the key lime and raspberry, which is why we saved the top layer for our anniversary. We also saved the layer with the peanut butter and honeycomb filling. We loved it too, but our guests ate it up! The middle layer had the guava and mango filling. I know that many people do not like the taste of this one, but it was my favorite. We saved the bottom layer for our anniversary as well. It was chocolate cake with the chocolate hazelnut filling. Many people asked me if our cake was real since it was so delicious. Even the cake tasting itself was a fun experience. I highly recommend this baker. She was very nice and helpful. We were able to get everything we wanted for an excellent price. The cake was beautiful and delicious.

This review is for the bakery itself but also for the wonderful wedding cake designer Mrs. Joannes. First of all this is a very small bakery but with amazing flavors and cakes. Their cake is not the typical dry wedding cake but is very flavorful and moist. More importantly Mrs. Joannes is a cake designer that has been in this business for years and is very helpful and wants to give you the best for your wedding. She takes her time to sit down with you and design your cake. She has amazing flavors to chose from and will even mix two of her flavors for you to choose from. She designs her cakes in front of you as she takes notes from her previous work. And on your wedding day she delivers your cake to the venue and sets it up for you. They also make fresh flowers and ribbon to go on your cake the day of. We had one small tier left and were able to take the rest home. We had more than enough cake for our wedding but it was just amazing. I hope this helps any brides in deciding their cake. They are a great bunch over there at the bakery and want to give you the best.
