Cakes by Kim was the first bakery we went to for a cake tasting. Their cakes are moist and delicious. So many options to choose from. We had one large cake and 12 smaller ones. We were able to pick different flavors for each one. The cake looked beautiful. They were even able to make it look like a fondant tree to go with our tree bark design. The price was very reasonable. We were even able to have a pound of fondant per cake. They are a family owned bakery and you can tell they care. We were even able to have two of our top bridesmaids come in on our wedding day and they made cupcakes for our bridal party. DELICIOUS! They have a small bakery where you can get coffee, cookies, etc. while you try samples. We were able to have one free sample each with a copy of our contract. Very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them to anyone. The only thing I noticed was that their signature is a W instead of a V. My initials are at the top (VSB) and their signature is AW. It is still pretty easy to read though. Just noticed it.

I was referred to Cakes by Kim by a friend. After being referred, I read her reviews and was very impressed. I called Kim and set up a time to meet with her. When I arrived, she had a cake tasting set up. It was so cute! She told me where she got the ceramic pieces for the tasting cakes and they are for sale if you want one. She showed me pictures of her previous cakes and I was impressed. She made our cake just the way we wanted it. The cake was moist and delicious. We had 3 flavors and they were all great. She delivered the cake on time. We had a wedding of 200+ people and I had no problems with anything. That is why I gave her 5 stars. She is very sweet and easy to work with. I can’t wait for our 1 year anniversary so I can eat the top of our cake. lol Thanks Kim! :)

Cakes by Kim is one of my favorite bakeries. As soon as I was engaged, I knew exactly who was going to do my cake. Their cakes are so delicious and they have tons of flavors and combinations to choose from. I had my cake designer do my cake, and she was able to make any design I could dream up. Our cake was gorgeous, and I think I had a million photos of it before the wedding. I know I had a million dreams of it afterwards. We did a combination of flavors, and it was so good, everyone went back for seconds, and it was all gone at the end of the night. The staff is super sweet, and I always feel welcome when I go in. I always recommend them, and as a matter of fact, I’m going to be getting cupcakes in the same flavors as our cake for my bachelorette party.
