Borinquen Flan did an AMAZING job. The cake was perfect. I was very precise on what I wanted. I wanted a 4 tier cake but in purple (the color was predicitable, it was the combination of the purple and the glitter that was hard). The cake was amazing. The taste was amazing. The service was amazing. Very easy to work with. The price was affordable. The decorating was perfect. They even decorated the cake with WICKED stick figures (we are big fans). The cake was delivered on time. The cake was set up perfectly. The cake was beautiful. The cake was delicious. The price was right. Everything was perfect. I was so very happy with my cake. I would definitely recommend this bakery. I got to try the different flavors of cakes (they have 12 flavors). I tried the mousseline (it’s like a whipped butter cream), the kahlua, and the Godiva (it’s like sweet vanilla ganache). They were all amazing. I would definitely use them again. I went back and forth on what flavors of cupcakes to get. I decided on getting cupcakes (they have 6 flavors) in the following flavors: Godiva, kahlua, pistacchio, mousseline, white, and strawberry. They were all delicious. The cupcakes were amazing. The size was perfect. They were all beautiful. They were all moist and delicious. They looked just like the pictures I gave them. Everything was perfect. The size was perfect. The flavors were perfect. The price was perfect. The service was perfect. EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT.

When I initially started planning my wedding, I was looking for someone to make the cake and cupcakes for my wedding. After doing some research I found Borinquen’s Flan Factory. I contacted them and soon after I received a very detailed email with a LOT of information about their products. They took the time to explain to me what their products did, the different flavors, sizes, shapes and everything. They made it so easy to pick out what we wanted!

I called them and made an appointment for a tasting. When we got there, they provided us with all the different kinds of cupcakes they had to try for the tasting. I got to pick them all and bring them home to try with my family. They really appreciated that and made each one in a separate cupcake with a special touch.

After the tasting, I called them back and requested for more product information. The woman I talked to gave me all the different flavors they offered, the different shapes and sizes. She also offered to make some cupcakes to try a new flavor with some of my friends.

The Borinquen Flan Factory has a great product, wonderful employees and very helpful staff. I highly recommend them!

Borinquen Flan and their BFF restaurant, Borinquen Flan Factory Cuisine, BFF, created the most amazing dessert table for my November wedding. The tasting was so much fun. I wanted to include more than just chocolate and vanilla so they added a delicious coconut and mango mousse. I wanted a beautiful table, so I was able to pick an assortment of both the brown sugar vanilla pudding cups as well as the mini cupcakes on a variety of shaped and colored tree trunks. The table looked so amazing and matched our other woodland themed decor. I didn’t get to taste everything because I was too busy, but I was able to eat a few of the mini cupcakes and they were out of this world! The staff was so helpful and accommodating and was even able to figure out how to transport and set-up the cupcakes since it was a small order. What a beautiful dessert table and sooooo delicious! Thank you so much Borinquen Flan and BFF!
