I first met Paige and her family at the Floral Exposition in the Palms in late 2016. At that time I was already engaged to my current husband and just looking for a floral or cake designer. Paige’s show definitely caught my attention. Her cakes were just amazing. She was one of the very few vendors I actually made a date out of, and met her at that year end.

Fast forward to 2017, I was still undecided on what I was going to do about cake, but I knew I had to invite Paige to be a part of my wedding team. She and her family were amazing. They really worked with me being that I am from the northeast and want to have a winter wedding. They were so patient with me and my many questions. They were always there to help and support. They were a joy to work with.

With Paige being a part of my team, my wedding plan morphed into having a cake and cupcake bar. She was so open and embraced the idea. She and her family were as excited about it as I was.

Fast forward to this year, the day comes and our son is born. We are not leaving town. And I have an idea. A cake, to celebrate the new baby, and the coming wedding.

I called Paige and told her the story of our new son and our wedding plans. There was no hesitation or doubt. She embraced it and said she would do whatever we asked.

The day comes and our son is born. Paige calls and asks how we would like the cake to look. The flavor of course was important to us. She was able to make the flavors we wanted and even came up with a special flavor for our new baby.

Fast forward to today, the day of the wedding, our son was not leaving town after all. Paige tells us we can just send our new son, Will, with her to cut the cake. Will was excited and loved the idea. Paige’s husband was there with her and both were so helpful and we wanted to thank them.

The cake was amazing. Will and Paige made the cake look amazing. Will cut the cake and serve it to us. It was so special to get to share this experience with our new son. The cake was amazing and so special. We are so glad we have the pictures and will always remember this day.

My husband and I are so happy and will always remember our special day.

I had a very specific wedding cake in mind for my June 2017 wedding, and Kelly and her team went above and beyond! We wanted a three tiered cake with white chocolate sea shells (to a seascape around the side of the cake), and white chocolate starfish (to a starfish and sand design on one of the side tiers). It was so fun and different! The best part was that the cake tasted incredible! We also wanted a grooms cake that was a Florida State Seminole with a number of attributes (tail, horns, facial features, etc), and we could not have been happier! The cake was so detailed and the best part was that my husband loved it! Everyone raved about how good the cake was, and how different it was from your typical wedding cake!

Kelly and her team are so talented and are truly passionate about what they do! They are incredibly reasonable (the price points are accurate and can’t be beat!), very easy to work with, and just overall wonderful people. I can’t recommend Cafe Chocolate enough!

We had Cafe Chocolate Boutique included in our wedding package from our vendor Fort Lauderdale Marriott, and it was amazing! We got to try all of their signature drinks, and they even brought out a second plate of food when we had both hands full of wedding cake and cake balls. They offered us many different flavors of cake balls, and we got to pick a few to take home with us. They made cake ball favors for all of our guests, and they were even able to make a custom cake ball favor with our initials embedded in it. They made our wedding cake look so beautiful with their beautiful ribbon and fondant roses, and our cake toppers looked so out of place in comparison because the cake was so beautiful! Our guests thought the cake ball favors were adorable, and they were a nice addition to our wedding favors. Everything was perfect!
