Astrid’s cakes are one of a kind… delicious! We wanted a special cake for our wedding and Astrid did an awesome job! The cake was delicious and moist! We went with the Italian rum cake and it was to die for! It had a rich flavor with just the right amount of rum! The cake was light and fluffy with a layer of rum flavored filling! We had a hard time picking the flavors for our cake because we liked so many! We ended up choosing rum cake with guava filling, passion fruit cake with mango butter cream, and chocolate cake with peanut butter butter cream! Our cake was a three tiered cake and both were decorated just like our wedding invitations! They even matched the flourishes on the bottom layer! The cake was just amazing and we got so many compliments! Astrid’s cakes are so special and unique they will be something you remember for a lifetime! Thanks for helping make our wedding so special!

Where do I begin….

(1) Astrid was the first cake tasting my husband and I ever participated in…we were blown out of the water with her delicious sample cakes and tasted and measured a lot of different cake and filling flavors.

(2) Her professionalism….I knew before I reached out to her that I wanted her to be a part of our special day. She was very prompt and didn’t lose any of my nerves or get me waiting for days like one of the other cake bakers I talked to. Her prices were very reasonable compared to others I looked at.

(3) The cake….OMG…It’s to die for!!!! Every single flavor we tasted was amazing. She even made her own filling and homemade marshmallows!

(4) The cake was the best wedding cake I have ever had and I am not just saying that. It was so good that my husband didn’t even get any cake other than a very small piece at our wedding. Lol So not only did Astrid make the cake, it tasted amazing and it looked beautiful…it even lasted a few days after it was made (it didn’t go bad or anything)!!!

(5) The cake she made for us was a three layer cake with the pink champagne, white chocolate mousse with raspberry filling and buttercream frosting. It was so good that we actually ordered a small cake for our wedding anniversary.

(6) She worked within our budget and made sure we knew exactly what we were getting and how much and all the flavors. She also gave us a gift card for a free 1 year anniversary cake.

(7) Her customer service was the best I have ever seen. She wanted our cake to last forever and even suggested ways to keep it looking great. I feel in love with my cake even before I had one bite. It was the same on our wedding day as it was in the cake tasting. The cake was so good that I kept eating the bite size pieces instead of having the full piece.

(8) When you do anything that Astrid is involved with you win. You not only get an amazing product but a great experience and she will be a part of your life for as long as you live. She is a beautiful person both inside and out. She puts a lot of love into everything she does.

(9) I love Astrid and I cannot wait for my next event to have her cake again!!!
