My now husband and I were searching for a place that made a cake look like another cake and I found Bake or Eat Sweets. After searching the internet and looking through photos I knew that I wanted to review these desserts. We were invited for a tasting and the desserts were absolutely AMAZING!!! We had such a difficult time deciding what to go with because we wanted it all!!! We ended up choosing key lime cheesecake bites, key lime pie bites, orange creamsicle cheesecake bites, chocolate dipped strawberries, and chocolate covered pretzels. We were very happy with our choices because we got to enjoy so much of everything at our wedding reception. We wanted a dessert table that was modern and different from the traditional wedding cake and Bake or Eat Sweets definitely hit the mark. We were incredibly happy with our wedding desserts. These desserts were the talk of our wedding!!! Thank you!!!

So, I did the cake tasting with my mom and sister. The cakes are so good, it’s so hard to choose which kind to go with. We chose the strawberry cake with bavarian cream. She decorated the cake exactly how I asked her too, with a little white flower and real flowers (myring) on top. I was happy. I ordered a little sample cake, which was little too large for what I wanted, but it was good. The cake was delivered on time. The cake, of course, was delicious. The cake was moist, the frosting was not too sweet, and the filling was so yummy, kinda like a cheesecake. My only problem was, I didn’t order enough cake to serve all the people that were coming, so I was a little worried, because my wedding planner told me I should have ordered two cakes, one for people to eat cake at the ceremony, and one for people to eat cake after the ceremony. But my wedding planner said that with how delicious this cake is, people will take a piece home, and then come back for more. Well, I was so happy to hear that. On my wedding day, everything was perfect. The cake was so good, that I took the piece of cake that was supposed to serve 3 people, and instead I served 6 people. The cake was so good, that everyone took a piece of cake home, and then some, over the period of 1.5 hours that we had between the ceremony and the reception. The cake was so good, that my husband didn’t want to cut the cake at the ceremony, and my wedding planner had to slice the cake for him. Everyone was so happy to have cake to eat after the ceremony. I was so happy. I was so happy, that I took a piece of cake home, and instead of making me cut more slices of cake, my husband ate my piece of cake, saying that they tasted better than any slice of cake he could find. Everyone was so happy, that my husband and I didn’t even get a slice of cake to eat after the ceremony. Everyone was so happy, that instead of eating cake after the reception, they ate it the next day while they were off at a park, playing volleyball with my cake. Everyone was so happy, that instead of making me buy more slices of cake, my husband and his sister ate the slices of cake that my husband’s sister had bought at a store. Everyone was so happy, that instead of paying $400 for a cake that serves 100 people, we were able to pay $200 for a cake that serves 40 people. Everyone was so happy, that instead of having to rent a cake stand and make a big deal about it, we got to just let my husband’s sister use her cake stand. Everyone was so happy, that instead of having to buy a cake for 10 people, we got to buy a cake for 2 people… It goes on and on. The point I’m trying to make is, everyone was so happy. I was so happy. You never know, maybe I’ll get another cake, to celebrate something… Anyone want to buy a cake?
