I had a very specific idea in mind when I was searching for cake vendors for my wedding. I wanted someone who makes buttercream frosting in a cupcake pan.

When I searched online I only found a couple of options, but when I went to the A Sweet Bite store in Pembroke Pines, I was sold! I met with the owner who was very nice and professional. I wanted a dark chocolate cake, but she said they only make the white chocolate and the chocolate ganache cake in a cupcake pan. But they also offered a compromise, which was a cupcake pan full of regular chocolate cake with a layer of ganache on top. I chose this combination and I am very happy I did. The cake was delicious, moist and not too sweet. The frosting was great and fluffy. The ganache was rich and not too sweet either.

This company did a wonderful job and I strongly recommend them. I paid around $140 for the cake, the frosting and the cupcake pan. It was worth it!!

We were not looking for a wedding cake but my wife discovered a cake that she just had to have. It was a little out of our price range but she found a charity event that would be putting on an auction cake. We jumped at the chance to have this cake and at the end of the auction we won! Yay! Now comes the part where I have to tell you that this cake was not exactly what you would call normal. It was an oceany type cake with fish and sharks and seagulls. Now normally I would say that is not for the shy, nor is it good for your figure. Well, I have to say, my wife loved it! So much so that she wanted it for our wedding. And we had to agree. We did not want it for a wedding but we did want it for our wedding. Since the cake was not going to be normal we wanted something a little different. We found a site that offered cupcake wedding cakes. We decided to order 6 different flavors so people would not know what flavor we would have. We ordered chocolate, vanilla, red velvet, cookies and cream, mint and key lime. We wanted these cupcakes to look like a cake so we had them covered in white fondant with a ring of edible gold on top. Now, to make it even better, we wanted these cakes delivered to our venue so we could set them up ourselves. Well, this company was the best company to work with because not only did they deliver these cakes but they set them up so we did not have to do it ourselves. Now comes the best part. We did not have one cupcake left after the wedding. These cakes were too good!!! They were a hit!!! They were the talk of the wedding!!! Everyone loved them!!! They were so good that we ate every last one!!! I would highly recommend this company and I am trying to get another cake from them!!! Please go to their website and check them out.
