We hired Cake Projection Performance to do the cupcake wedding tower for our wedding held at the DoubleTree Pembroke Pines, 10 July 2016. The event exceeded our expectations. The cupcake tower looked very elegant with a little touch of colors and flavors that we requested. The tower was so beautiful that it looked like a work of art and it was very classy. The cupcakes inside were delicious and fresh. The guests loved them a lot. We were so happy about the beautiful wedding cake that we ordered from them as a surprise for our wedding night. They designed it in the shape of a cupcake and they decorated it so beautifully with bows and ribbons. The flavor was out of this world. They were so sweet to work with and they were so helpful throughout the whole process. Thank you so much Cake Projection Performance for doing such an amazing job.

I had planned a very special wedding reception for my son. He is a musician and his band was to play for us. The theme of the event was Mozart. Mayra and her staff did a fabulous job creating a magical environment. They duplicated the architect’s drawings exactly as they were depicted in the sketches; then they created three dimensional awesome; and the icing on the cake was the product itself.

Sound quality? The acoustical material they used for the projection of the music was state of the art. The sound was clear and full bodied. The music was projected as if from a stage. The music was dynamic and the tempo was perfect.

Delivery and set-up? The cake was so beautiful. It was so perfect in appearance that I am sure that people wondered if it could actually be edible. The flavor was unbelievable. The consistency was that of a mouthful of silk. The filling was so fresh and perfectly flavoured. The topping was perfectly soft and moist. There were many flavours to choose from and we chose the top with rum. Wonderful!!!!!!!!!

Mayra and her team were true professionals from the Architect to the server. They were well mannered and considerate. They had great attention to detail. Their passion was music and they definitely gave the event a musical touch. They were all like family to me and my son. They are true artists.

If I could give more than five stars I would.
