Our wedding venue suggested Bella Roma as the vendor to our cake baker. We are so glad they did. We tried several places before that and were not satisfied with the service or the cakes. We wanted a simple cake but that tasted good. We also wanted the cake to be light since we were having an ocean breeze themed wedding. The Bella Roma team did an amazing job. They were great to work with. We sampled several flavors of cake and frostings. We were able to choose 3 different flavors and all were great. We ended up with lemon cake with a lemon curd filling, orange cake with a blood orange curd filling, and chocolate cake with salted caramel buttercream. The cake was moist and flavorful and looked perfect. Everything was arranged by the Bella Roma team on time and with no issues. They were great. We also wanted to have seashells on our cake but were a little worried about the size since we were having a small cake. They made the seashells out of fondant but it was perfect and it looked like real shells. That too was arranged beautifully by the Bella Roma team. We were very happy with the cake and the service. We highly recommend them.
