I loved my wedding cake! The only complaint is that my husband and I didn’t get to eat enough of it. We had a sheet cake in addition to our main cake. Both were absolutely delicious but the main cake was so good. I can’t wait to have it again. Our flavors were marble with raspberry filling and vanilla with bavarian cream filling. Both were delicious but I think my favorite was the marble. Working with the team at the cake cafe was so easy and they really helped me with deciding on the details of the cake. I highly recommend them to anyone getting married. It was perfect and exactly what I wanted. The cake was beautiful, delicious, and it was exactly what I wanted- down to the very last detail. The price was great, too. I can’t wait for our anniversary cake. :)

We were provided with 2 cake tastings at the Cake Cafe. We loved them both so much that we decided to do both flavors on each tier of our cake. Our tasting was very informal. We were given a couple of cake samples, coffee/refreshments and a chance to talk with the owners. They were very helpful in helping us choose the right size cake, they were very honest with us and didn’t try to sell us a cake that we don’t waned. We decided to go with layers of red velvet and chocolate cake with layers of the mocha chip cake. Our cake was GORGEOUS and very delicious. We also were able to get a cake stand at a discounted price which was also included in the price of our cake. Overall, I would recommend them to anyone looking for a delicious cake that is also affordable.

I had heard about this place from a friend, who said it was the best bakery for wedding cakes in Tampa. I checked it out and loved the atmosphere, and best of all the taste of their cakes. When I went to do my cake tasting with my husband and mother, I enjoyed sampling all of the flavors, and there were a lot to choose from. After we did the tasting, I placed my order and said I wanted to try something different, and they made me a sample of coconut cake with key lime filling! It was so good, I decided that was what I wanted for my cake. We ordered another sample of the same flavor about a month before the wedding, just to make sure we wanted the same flavor. About a week before the wedding, we confirmed all the details, and that night I got a phone call to tell me the cake was done the day before, and it looked beautiful! It arrived on time to the venue, and the cake looked even better than I had hoped. The cake was delicious and everyone enjoyed it, which was the most important thing!
