We are an older couple with very specific dietary needs (bakery, sweet and savory, no dairy and very nut free) and Rattle and Roll Bakery hit the nail on the head with their selection of cupcakes. We were able to have 3 different cupcakes with different flavors and different fillings on top. They covered the cupcakes with the special icing and decorated the tops with the specific symbol for our dietary needs. Our three flavors were Snickerdoodle, Chocolate and Coconut. The icing was a cream cheese and the fillings were chocolate, strawberry and caramel. They were all delicious and we received many compliments. They also made a specific cake for us with the specific symbol on top and the rest of the cake was covered in the special icing. There was no doubt that the cake would be delicious and it was. We received many compliments on both the cupcakes and the cake. The owner was very professional and easy to work with. We highly recommend Rattle and Roll Bakery for any special event.

Rachael is the best ever! I knew when I came to her at her bakery and we had a tasting that I would want to be a part of my wedding day. There was just something about her. And when I say she was a part of my wedding I mean she actually WAS my wedding, as she was kind enough to write a romance novel style proposal to me when we were doing the cake tasting. It was sooo perfect for me, as a fan of books and romance. It was sooo amazing that I just had to say yes of course! So when I say she was a part of my wedding I also mean that she gave me the most amazing wedding cake I could ever dream of. She is sooo creative and amazing at what she does. My cake was sooo pretty and sooo yummy. All my guests loved the cake, as they were telling me the same thing over and over. They were asking me if there was any more for seconds. :D I just loved my cake soo much I could not have imagened anyone else giving birth to such a amazing creation. When I was planning my wedding it was hard work, as I had to create a fictional character and a whole world for him. I had to create a story for him and come up with reasons for him to be there. Rachael just took that idea and ran with it, as she understood the whole story. The cake was sooo amazing that I just had to give her a huge hug and say yes! The whole cake was just amazing. Even the frosting was awesome. The chocolate grooms cake was just perfect. My husband was sooooo happy. So to sum it up, I just loved my cake and I loved the person who baked it the most. That is how much I loved it. I will definitely come to her in the future, as I need her to bake some cakes for some other special moments in my life.
