Katie Jimenez is amazing! She was so sweet and helpful throughout the whole process. We did cake tasting with her and had the best time with her. She let us bring 4 other people (our moms) and we had a great time tasting the different flavors. She was very knowledgeable and helped us with our decision of what flavors and how much cake we needed. She was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions. We had a great experience with her. Her cake was the most delicious cake I’ve ever had. It was so moist and flavorful. We did a layer of chocolate, a layer of caramel, a layer of almond, and a layer of vanilla. The cake was very moist and had this amazing flavor. It was so good that we didn’t even get a piece of cake when we cut it at the wedding. We are saving our top piece for our one year anniversary. I can’t wait. If you are looking for a cake, you need to get it from Katie. She is the best!
