I had a very small wedding with only 20 guests so I was very specific in who I could use for my wedding cake. I knew I wanted a cake from Daisy, but I also knew I wanted someone who could do a small wedding cake, but still make something spectacular. Beth is just that person! I had a cake tasting with her and there were a few flavors I couldn’t decide on, so she combined several flavors together to make one that was fitting for my wedding, but still very yummy! I brought pictures of cakes I liked from magazines and Beth created a sketch of just what I had envisioned my cake to be. It was beautiful!!! I also ordered a grooms cake from her. She sculpted a large G, because that is my husband’s nickname. It was also BEAUTIFUL! She created a picture that I emailed to her and she made it come to life. Everyone loved the cake flavors and the presentation of the cakes were beautiful. I would highly recommend Blue Eyed Daisy Bakery!

I can’t even begin to tell you how amazing of a job Amy from Blue Eyed Daisy Bakery did on our cakes! I found out later that she was only 19 years old when she did our cakes, and I was having a hard time with that because I know that 19 year olds can’t do this type of work, the details were beyond amazing, and the taste of the cake and flavors she put into the cake were excellent! I kept getting calls from people asking who made our cakes, they were that impressed! On top of that, she did our grooms cake in the shape of a very large “T”. It was actually two cakes, one that was the T, and the other was the traditional cake that is shaped like a T. It was all done in chocolate, and it tasted great, and looked great! I would recommend her to anyone who wants to have a cake made at Blue Eyed Daisy that is both great tasting and looks amazing! Amy, thank you so much for doing such an awesome job, and helping make our day very special!
