We had a wonderful experience with Big Island Wedding Cake. We were able to do two tastings during the planning process. Once for him and again for my mom. We were able to bring the leftovers home and try them. The cake turned out exactly as we had imagined and it tasted amazing. We had a variety of flavors. He was very responsive to our emails and questions. He didn’t have a digital scale so we went to the post office and came back to his bakery to weigh the cake flowers and layer them on the cake. I was a little worried the flowers would slide around but that didn’t happen. We had a combination of fresh flowers and sugar flowers. They looked so real and beautiful. We were able to do a variety of flavors for the different tiers of cake. We had a four tier cake with an additional sheet cake in case we ran out. It was really good to go the extra mile for us. I thought the pricing was very reasonable as well. The cake looked amazing. If I ever need a cake for an event I will definitely use his bakery again.
