We loved our wedding cake from Beautiful Cakes. We got a great deal for our wedding as part of a package with our venue. It included a free wedding cake, free delivery, and a free cake tasting. We got to pick three different flavors for three small cakes. They were all so good that it was difficult to make a pick. The cake was beautiful and tasted great. It did not taste or look like a knock off version, which is a good thing. When we went for the tasting, there was only one table filled with people, but they were helpful and gave us exactly what we wanted in terms of size and shape of cake. They also suggested a way to get a heavier buttercream without having it look overly sweet. Our guests loved the cake. It was soft, light, and not too sweet. We are looking forward to eating the top layer on our anniversary. My only complaint is that they were not more helpful in terms of picking a design. I wanted something simple and elegant. I did not want anything too busy. When I showed them photos of cakes that I liked, they seemed to be fine with any design as long as it was black and white. I did not want black and white, so I told them that I could not do that. They did not seem to have any more ideas. Fortunately, it did not come down to that because I think that they would have had trouble executing any design that they came up with. But it would have been nice to have a little more direction in terms of what they could do.

I don’t even know there is an app for how amazing the service is from Beautiful Cakes. I contacted them only via the app and everything was taken care of via the app, I was able to look at their designs, asked questions all from the convenience of my iphone. When I decided to go for the cake tasting, I did so via the app as well and didn’t have to go out and meet with someone. I got to taste 5 different flavors all of their cakes are beautiful and have a lot of variety. I was able to customize a cake from their app as well. When I decided to go with them, I was able to do so via the app and they didn’t have to do anything to prepare for the next day. They took care of everything. The cake was delivered to the venue with a cake stand that they placed the cake on and it was one less thing I had to worry about. Not only does the cake look amazing, but it tastes as amazing as it looks. My husband and I can’t wait to order our wedding cake from here next year!
