Adam’s has always been my favorite cake shop, so I didn’t even consider going anywhere else. But after my fiancee tried some of Erin’s cakes at a wedding show, we considered trying her cakes out. We did cupcakes in red velvet, chocolate, and vanilla, and a small cutting cake in red velvet. The cupcakes were delicious, but it was hard to decide on the flavor of the cutting cake. The cake was delicious, but dry. The cake was beautiful and everything I had pictured. Our cutting cake had sugar flowers that were sculpted, painted, and then fondant coated. They were so pretty and came out exactly how I envisioned. Erin is very talented, but the cakes need a little more moisture. I thought the cakes were very good for a small budget cake, the cake was beautiful, and the service is amazing.

What can I say? The best cake ever!!! I have had the best tasting cakes from Adam’s for years. From my first cake as bride, to the cakes for my wedding, anniversaries, and birthdays…they are the best! They make the best tasting cakes, with the best buttercream frosting ever! I am very particular about my frosting, and they have it all! There is not a flavor that they don’t make that you can imagine not tasting as good as it does! It is the best! My favorite flavors are cherry, lemon, and chocolate. I love them all, so you can imagine a cake with all three flavors was going to be amazing! I had no idea what kind of cake design I wanted. I told them I wanted a cake that looked like the hat of my husband. They sketched it up, and it looked exactly like the hat he wore all through college and the hat he wore on the cover of his book. We wanted that design on a cake that was round. They sketched that up, and it was perfect! The day of the wedding, we had the cake delivered, and it was better than we could have ever imagined! It was so beautiful, and it tasted even better than it looked! You will be amazed at how amazing everything tastes as well as how beautiful it can all look! You will love it!
