If you have a sweet tooth, you need to check out Cakes by Jessica. This cake lover’s delight is located in the little town of Harlan, Indiana, and features a variety of sweet treats, including custom wedding cupcakes. Jessica custom designs each cupcake with an individual wedding cake topping. Multiple flavors are available for each layer, and each layer can be a different flavor. YUM! She also makes a full wedding cake that can be any flavor combo you want. The cake can be any shape and it is all delicious. The icing is my favorite part! It is beyond good. And the cupcakes are even better when they are chocolate covered strawberry cupcakes!!!

I love supporting small, local businesses, especially in a season like the wedding crop. Cakes by Jessica is a small business that is excelling in quality, service, taste, and price. Her cakes are moist, her icing is incredible, and she is reasonably priced. And she is a genuinely nice person! And her shop is in the cutest little house. AND she delivered my cake to its final destination in Lincoln, Nebraska.

I highly recommend Cakes by Jessica. You will not be disappointed!

Jessica did an amazing job with our cake! We were able to try out several flavors of cake and icing, and decided on chocolate cake with cookies and cream icing! I had sent her a picture of a cake I had seen on Pinterest and liked, and she was able to do it exactly how I wanted it! It was simple, but had great detail and color. We also did individual raspberry pies as our cake topper, and they were SO good! We were worried they wouldn’t be enough for everyone, but there were only about 15 left over! They were also on sale, so even if you don’t get as many as you want, they aren’t very expensive. They were well worth the cost! She also makes cupcakes, but we weren’t ready for that yet. She was very prompt with answering emails, and is very nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend her!

Cakes by Jessica is the absolute BEST of the absolute best! She is so sweet, so creative, and so incredibly talented. I had a vision in my head that she did not know how to make happen but she pushed me, tweaked, and turned everything until it was exactly what I wanted and so much more! She is so incredibly passionate about her art that not only is the end product amazing but the process of getting there is even more so. We had the privilege of watching her creative side in full swing as she built our son’s wedding cake for his wedding. It was so fun, so cute, and so unbelievably delicious. We get to enjoy more of her delicious cakes in the future because she also baked the wedding cake! Thank you Cakes By Jessica for being the most amazing vendor I have in my wedding and beyond!
