I cannot say enough good things about Bittersweet!! Our cake was not only BEAUTIFUL, it was DELICIOUS!! We had a 4 layer cake and were able to do each layer a different flavor (or taste, I should say)!!! We started with a champagne cake - yum! Then we had a strawberry-lemon-raspberry filling and strawberry-cream cheese filling, both with a vanilla cake layer. Our favorite was the chocolate-Godiva filling and chocolate cake layer. We had a third small layer of carrot cake (my favorite). All of our guests commented on how delicious our cake was! I was also able to create a look of my wedding dress with sugar flowers and it tasted and looked better than any dress I could buy! In addition, Joanne was so easy to work with and so friendly! I highly recommend Bittersweet for your wedding cake!! It was the best part of our day!

We had such a great experience with Bittersweet! Marisa was so helpful from the start. I knew I wanted a naked cake with berries, but I wasn’t sure what color. She helped me choose different color icing to create a pretty cake. The tasting experience was AMAZING! We were so glad that we were able to choose different flavors for each layer, and we even were able to bring some extra to share with friends! I was a very indecisive bride, but I knew exactly what I wanted. She helped me plan a gorgeous cake, and even worked with me when I decided to add on a small cookie tray. Everything was delivered on time, and the cake was perfect. And delicious! We chose two different flavors and had a layer of red velvet and a layer of carrot cake. They were both so good! We got to take home some left over cake, and it was packaged up so that it was safe to eat at home. We even were able to keep our top tier for our anniversary. I was so grateful for all of the hard work that went into our cake and for the amazing customer service we received. I highly recommend them!
