We loved Ami’s Cakes and Confections! We had gone to an open house at her store and got to taste all of her different types of cake. She was very helpful in picking out the different types that we wanted to taste. She was very helpful in picking out the different flavor concoctions that we wanted to have for our different tiers. The cake was very moist and flavorful. The buttercream was so smooth that it was practically invisible. The design that she created was EXACTLY what we wanted. She helped us in determining the size of cake that we would need to serve all of our guests. The price was very reasonable. She delivered the cake to our reception venue. The cake was just as fresh and flavorful when it arrived. Our guests were very pleased with the different flavors that we had picked out. The cake was so moist and the buttercream was so smooth, even weeks later when we had a chance to taste it again.
