I don’t know where to begin with giving feedback on Veronica and her custom cakes. First, she is absolutely amazing to work with. She is very professional, accommodating, and thoughtful. Her cakes are so delicious! It’s hard to pick a favorite! When looking for someone to create our custom cake, we wanted something that looked great but also tasted amazing. We hit the jackpot with Veronica! Our wedding cake was so beautiful and looked like something out of a magazine. She also made my brother’s 35th birthday cake and my mom was shocked how realistic she made a Joker’s Card look! Our wedding cake was chocolate with a raspberry filling and a buttercream/cream cheese frosting. So good! My husband likes cake that is light and not too sweet. This cake was perfect for him. His favorite cake is red velvet. Well, we had that and a black forest, and they were both amazing. His favorite cake flavor with buttercream icing. Mine is almond. hers is a mocha/nutella flavor that she makes from scratch! Amazing! So, as you can tell, we were very pleased with Veronica’s cakes. She also has a wide variety of flavors to choose from. Seriously, if you don’t like one, she has another! Our final decision was to go with four different flavors. We had a four tier cake, and each layer was a different flavor. We had a layer of lemon with a raspberry center, a layer of chocolate with a peanut butter center, an almond cake with a raspberry filling, and finally a chocolate cake with a peanut butter filling. We wanted a special cake for my husband to celebrate his 35th birthday. She made us a two tier cake that looked like a deck of cards. On one side of the card, she made a picture of the Joker, and on the other side, a picture of my husband as the King of Hearts. It was amazing! His favorite Disney character and our wedding cake had chocolate with a peanut butter filling! It was so good! We were very pleased with the final product of our cakes.
