My husband and I wanted to go a non-traditional with our wedding cake and have a cupcake tower with 2 different flavors for our guests to sample. We also wanted to have a “safe” option for guests who maybe did not like the chocolate or vanilla flavor. Christy was able to help us with that. We decided to have a base of vanilla with chocolate mousse and chocolate ganache, then coconut cake with raspberry filling and buttercream icing. It was so DELICIOUS!! We also loved that the top of the cake was chocolate cake with mousse, too! It was so moist and flavorful. She also made us cupcake liners and gave us the ability to rent a cupcake tower from her. The whole process was very easy. The cake was so delicious and everything was delivered on time. The cupcake tower was set up beautifully and looked great in the center of our table. I would highly recommend Amazing Cakes to anyone looking for a wedding cake (or cupcakes) that is DELICIOUS and beautiful!
