We worked with Aimee for our wedding cake and grooms cake. Both were absolutely stunning. We had an almond cake with raspberry filling and buttercream frosting. It was to die for. My husband is picky with cakes and said it was the best cake he has ever had. We also did a chocolate grooms cake with strawberry filling. Chocolate cake with fresh strawberries, cream and minimal filling, it was still so moist. Our friends and family loved it. I wanted to highlight some of the intricate details on the wedding cake and Aimee outdid herself. It was a beautiful white cake with red and yellow flowers and 3 mandolins to represent my husband and our wedding being located in the mandolin city of Somerville, MA. I would highly recommend Aimee to anyone looking for a cake for any occasion. She is wonderful!

We worked with Aimee when we were planning our wedding. Because we were having a brunch wedding, we wanted a brunch cake and Aimee, and her team, were super helpful in working with us to nail what we were looking for. The cake was beautiful and the flavor they came up with for the filling in our cannoli cake was just amazing. We didn’t do a tasting because we were from out of town, but based on pictures on their website, we were able to pick out our fillings and everything we wanted for our cake. We had a custom cake designed and we were in love with it. We were so excited to see it in person the day of our wedding. We were beyond impressed with the cake and design. It was just everything we wanted.

We also wanted to give gifts to our guests and we wanted these cookies to be the size of cards. Aimee and her team did not disappoint. They made us the largest chocolate chip cookie in the entire world. They were incredible. Our guests were so impressed and happy that they got to take home a very special treat.

The cookies were just the beginning. When we had our first bite at our wedding, we were in love. We took the leftovers back to our hotel and our room was filled with these cookies and we just ate them all. They were the best cookies. We shared them with our families and we were in love. We drove back to our hotel with more cookies and just kept eating them all. They were the best cookies we have ever had. We drove back to our hotel with more cookies and just kept eating them all. Needless to say, we will keep coming back for more. We are just dying to get some more cookies. Maybe we will go get some more for our anniversary. They are the best cookies.

We were referred to Aimee by our venue and everthing was said and done. We went for our tasting (which was delicious) and placed our order. We were in somerset the day before christmas and our cake was delivered with no problem. We didnt get to see it before hand (under the tree) and were a bit surprised by it as it was kinda short and stuchy. But when we saw it after it was perfect. On the day it was set up and decorated it was beyond our expectations. It was gorgeous and even prettier than the pictures. It was all white with a purple ribbon around each layer and purple and white marbels (not sure what they are called) and there were purple and white icing flowers. It was all so beautiful. The cake tasted as good as it looked. We dont have the real thing there yet (not one of us is christian) but we all agreed it tasted just like the real deal. There is one thing that will be hard to beat and that is the service. They are all great there. Thank you so much. We were so happy and impressed.

We used Aimee’s for our wedding, and everything about it was wonderful. The flavors of the cakes were perfect, the cake was delicious, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The decoration of the cake, however, was not exactly how we had envisioned it. We wanted a plain white cake with just a few rhinestone brooches added throughout the tiers, and we also wanted the cake to look as smooth as possible, with as little of the typical wedding cake texture as possible. We discussed these requests many many times with the bakers, and it seems that we did indeed discuss these requirements with them. Nonetheless, our cake had a rhinestone brooch in every tier, and the typical wedding cake texture was still quite visible in a few of the tiers. It was still pretty, of course, but we’d really have preferred if they’d kept the design as we’d originally requested. All in all, Aimee’s did a wonderful job with our cake, and it was quite delicious, but we were disappointed with the design of it.
