I cannot say enough about Blossom Acres. When I first started planning my wedding, I knew that I wanted a dessert table. I started searching for different cake companies but soon realized that I wanted a dessert company that made cake. Blossom Acres is that company. They have a wonderful product and delicious treats. They are very easy to work with and very responsive to emails. They even did a tasting for us to pick the flavors of our cakes. We had chocolate fudge cake with cookies and cream filling and raspberry buttercream. Our grooms cake was lemon with a lemon curd filling and plain Jane buttercream. I have heard nothing but rave reviews from our guests. We had a few people with peanut allergies so Sarah worked with us to make peanut free cupcakes for those people. Our whole team loved those cupcakes. I would highly recommend them for catering as well as for wedding cakes. Thank you so much for making our wedding treats so wonderful. We cannot wait to eat our cake on our one year anniversary.

I absolutely loved working with Joanne. She helped me with the tiniest of touches to make my bouquet as gorgeous as could be. I was a bride on a budget and she worked with me to create a beautiful and elegant floral arrangement while keeping the price reasonable. The bouquet was absolutely delicious and I cannot wait for our one year anniversary so I can eat it again (almond butter with raspberry).

Her selection of cake flavors is fantastic and each is a little different than the rest which is great because then you have a choice! We had a hard time choosing between them (we ended up going with cupcakes and a small cake for us to cut). Her frosting is so perfect and the cupcakes have so much flavor in them. They’re all amazing. She’s been so helpful and so responsive to all of my questions.

Her attention to detail is impressive and the cupcakes looked identical to the pictures I sent her. I was very happy with everything! I highly recommend her.

After doing some research on cake vendors in the area, I fell in love with Blossoming Acres. Their cakes are so incredibly beautiful and unique. I had a specific design in mind and they were able to make it happen. The cake flavors are so delicious and have such rich, creamy, and delicious flavors. We ended up doing a layer of vanilla, a layer of red velvet, and a layer of carrot cake. I also decided that I wanted to do a cake pop bar to go with the cake flavors. I bought all of the cake flavors and gave them out to my friends. Then, I bought all of the different shaped and colored cake pops that they had to choose from. I also ordered a few custom cake pops with the custom design that I wanted. All of this turned out incredibly and amazingly. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about how incredibly delicious the cake flavors were and how beautiful the cake was. It was so pretty that I didn’t want to cut it. It was also so incredibly moist, flavorful, and delicious. I can’t wait until my 30th birthday so that I can order another cake from them.

We had our wedding at the Lakeview Pavilion, and Blossoming Acres is the preferred cake vendor for that venue. As such, the pricing was very reasonable (flat rate per slice), and the options were numerous. We were able to pick a wide variety of flavors and combinations, and the tasting was a lot of fun. We were even able to take some leftovers home! The cake was fantastic. Every flavor we tasted was delicious, and we were even able to choose a different flavor for each layer! We were also able to use some artificial flowers to decorate the cake, and they were lovely. My only complaint is that we had specified that we wanted the cake to be “all white” (with the exception of the top layer, of course). Even though that wouldn’t have been possible (all white cake with any filling is highly unusual, unless it’s also lemon-based), we were under the impression that it was what we had asked for. When I arrived at the venue and saw a bright yellow cake, I was very disappointed. It was still delicious, but I was surprised that the bright colors were what was actually used. I would have much rather had a yellow cake, with yellow filling, and white cake, with any of the fillings. I’m giving 4 stars because the cake was still very good, and I know that many people really enjoy the flavors that we picked. I would still recommend Blossoming Acres, but I would also recommend being very clear about what you want.
