To me, the cake was a very important part of our wedding. I wanted it to be perfect and I wanted to give my husband a flavor he really loves. Marisa with Angel Cakes did an amazing job! I cannot have dairy so she made us a delicious coconut cake with chocolate mousse. My husband loved it. The rest of the cake was traditional almond. It was so moist, so perfect, and so delicious. The cake was stunning. She made it look just like I wanted, with shades of gold and purple. The flowers were beautiful. It was delicious. We had tons of leftovers. We ate them for a week after the wedding. They were still delicious. Marisa is so nice and so creative. I highly recommend her. She is an artist with cake. To top it off, her prices are very reasonable. She is the best of all the bakers I looked at. She impressed me with how delicious the cake was, and won me over with her sweet personality and her reasonable prices. I am so happy that I chose her. I cannot wait to eat our cake in a year. I want to be able to eat lots of leftovers. Thank you, Marisa. We love you!

I worked with Jennifer for my June 2012 wedding at the Glimmerglass in Cooperstown. She made a cake that was not only beautiful, but delicious as well?Upper crust recipes? yep, that’s what I want in a baker!

When I was looking for a baker, I wanted someone who could make something out of nothing (as I am a cake decorator myself). I wanted a unique cake, in colors that matched my wedding, and with a special something for each of my kids. Jen did it all, and more?She made me a topsy turvy cake, with a special surprise for each kid, and the whole thing was beautiful and unique.

So, besides the fact that she made me a one of a kind, delicious cake, what else makes her soooo special?To tell you the truth, she can make ANYTHING look beautiful. I mean, she is a true artist, and when you look at her creations, you know that a LOT of hard work was put into it. And the taste?Let’s just say that her cakes are an experience all their own.
