I have to start off by saying that Joanne is the sweetest person ever. Her and her husband are such a pleasure to work with and are cake experts. So I came to them with a strange request; I wanted a cake with a watercolor effect but I wanted the color to be tea-stained glass like you would see in a cathedral. Well they took on the challenge like it was nothing and created the most beautiful cake I have ever seen. It was so good that I had to have it for my wedding even though we had just cut down a tree in the middle of November. I will just add that it did not stain my tongue at all. The best part is that they will make you a cake for your anniversary instead of freezing the top. I am super excited for my 1 year anniversary so I will get a fresh cake instead of having to eat the one from a year ago. They are the best and I highly recommend them to anyone who wants a great cake, good people and great service. Thank you so much. -Anna-Kate
