I was so excited to meet Susan, the cake designer, at my tasting. She was delightful, very nice, warm, and easy to talk to. She was also very receptive to all the questions that I had. I wanted to surprise my husband with a Groom’s Cake, so I did not send a sketch. She was very creative and came up with a wonderful sketch all by herself. My cake was perfect, it was so wonderful, and my husband was so surprised. Also, her cakes are very delicious. She has a wide variety of flavors and fillings. I chose chocolate cake with hazelnut mousse and chocolate cake with raspberry mousse. Both were delicious. My cake was chocolate with canoli filling. Also, she was very creative. I wanted a 4 tier cake with blue ribbon on each tier. She also added a special charm to each tier. I could go on and on. I also had her make a cupcake for my sister who has a sweet tooth. Her icing was delicious. I highly recommend As Exquisite Cakes.
