Baku Bakery is my go to place for all my random (but awesome) requests. Instead of getting a cake, which to many people is just a tasty dessert but to me is an integral part of a wedding, this year I asked for a Black Sea Cake. They do not do traditional kinds of baklava, but they make the best tasting baklava you will ever eat, so they were the perfect people to ask to create a wedding cake for my event. The owner was very accommodating and helpful, and even though they are not a wedding cake bakery, the price was crazy good (a whole cake for the price of a regular cake!) Everyone loved it, and it was so good that for the first week after the wedding, we got the same cake in our room on our wedding night (I am not exaggerating)
The cake was huge and absolutely awesome, decorated exactly how we wanted, and most important, it was the best tasting baklava of all time. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who has a crazy idea for a wedding (or just a crazy sweet tooth), and want the best tasting cake ever.
