We used Blue Mountain Bistro’s Catering Division for our wedding and it was absolutely fantastic. We met with the manager and discussed the type of food we wanted to serve and the quantity we needed it to serve. We chose two entrees, two condiments, and two salads. The food was arranged on tiered trays and decorated with sprigs of fresh rosemary. We brought our own cake and the bistro decorated the dessert table with candles and flowers. The manager went through all of the options for the décor and explained how the delivery process worked. The day of the wedding went smoothly with the delivery and setting up of the food. It was all delicious and our guests loved it. We would definitely recommend this division of Blue Mountain Bistro to serve any type of event.

We chose Blue Mountain Bistro to cater our wedding this July. I had worked with them in the past for private dining and wanted to use them for our wedding. I am not a fan of fondue so I wanted a variety of flavors and a good variety of dishes to choose from. They had just started offering a la carte pricing so I was able to get what I wanted. I ordered: corn and blue cheese souffle, roast garlic mashed potatoes, braised beef short ribs, vegetable paletot, fresh fruit, spiced pumpkin cupcakes, brownie cheesecake. Everything was amazing. The corn and blue cheese souffle was so good I ate it with vanilla ice cream for dinner that night. The paletot was one of my favorite dishes and they were the only ones to offer it. The short ribs were also amazing. We even got to try the recipe for the brownie cupcakes in the tasting and it was exactly the same as the ones we got served at the wedding except they were sweeter. I am so glad I ordered a la carte because I got exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend them if you want a great fondue experience but also want some variety. Oh, also their chocolate chip cookies are amazing as well but the paletots are the best!!

We had a tasting at Blue Mountain Bistro - hands down one of the best in the business - and decided we HAD to have their pasta! We had a few different ideas of what we wanted our cake to look like and they helped us take elements of all the ideas and created a cake that was perfect and fun! We had a mountain/forest theme and our cake was funfetti with layers of carrot cake and chocolate cake - oh and did I mention the chocolate hazelnut spread?! No joke - it was one of the best cakes we’ve had. They also did our favors - cake pops in funfetti and chocolate hazelnut flavor! The guests LOVED it! They also did our tablescapes - blue mountain themed of course - all in LED light! It was amazing and created a great atmosphere at the reception. Plus they are one of the most affordable bakers around and do not charge tons for things like wedding cakes. They are also one of the first to implement a new idea and were really into the whole upcycling trend that’s going on right now. If you’re looking for a baker, here’s one you should look at! If you’re already planning your wedding, check them out for your anniversary cake!
