If you want a beautiful wedding cake that tastes as good as it looks - then you must use Azuca. We were able to choose four of their pre-made, pre-tested cake flavors. We chose two different filling flavors and two different cake flavors. We got to choose a variety of different sizes and shapes. Our wedding cake was absolutely stunning. Each layer was a different shape, but they still managed to keep the white-on-white look that we wanted with some of the more complicated layers. Each layer was also a different flavor. They include a standard cake-filling in their flavors, but they were more than happy to experiment with any custom fillings that we wanted. They even added some of their speciality fillings. The cake was delicious. We were so excited to be able to have so many different flavors in one. We received so many compliments. Our wedding cake was so beautiful and so delicious - we could not be happier.

I’m allergic to dairy and it was important for us to find a cake that was also vegan. With that in mind, I set about finding the best place we could find. I looked at their website and was impressed by the variety of cakes they make. I then emailed them and set up a time to meet them and do a tasting. I was impressed by the variety of flavors they offer. We did a tasting with four different flavors (chocolate, red velvet, vanilla with raspberry filling, and carrot cake) and there were so many more we could have chosen. After the tasting, I spoke with the owner who gave us more samples of some of our favorites and some that we might have not known about. The one thing that was most important to us was the taste. All the flavors were great but we knew we wanted to go with the chocolate. We then chose the size and the design. After that we paid a deposit. Prior to the wedding I emailed them again to confirm the flavors and the design. They were both correct. Fast forward to the wedding. The cake was delivered on time. It was beautiful. It tasted as good as we remembered. It was even better than the first time we tried it! We were so impressed with the quality. We have the top tier in the freezer and can’t wait to eat it at our one year anniversary. We will definitely use them in the future.
