We selected A La Carte to provide wedding cakes for our daughter’s wedding and the bride and groom were thrilled. They were so impressed with the cake tasting that they chose our flavor- Almond Brittle- with almond brittle instead of real frosting. I thought that was great because brittle is easy to eat and it is perfect for people who don’t like frosting.
The wedding cake was absolutely beautiful and they worked with us to add flowers to the cake that matched the wedding flowers. Everyone loved the cake. It was not only beautiful but also delicious. Almond Brittle is the perfect flavor for a spring wedding. The cake was moist and refreshing. The frosting was perfect (I love buttercream). The cake was so fresh and light that I thought that it did not have any calories. I thought that it was great to have a wedding cake that was refreshing and not heavy. The price was also great. We chose to have a small cake for cutting and the guests loved it. The cake was so fresh that we did not want to cut it and eat it- we wanted to take it home and eat it for several days. We thought that the price was great- only $230 for a 4 layer cake- more than enough to have the best cake ever. We loved the service and thought that the cake was the best ever. We really wanted to have the best wedding cake and went to different places to taste the cakes. We kept coming back for several months to try new flavors that we did not initially select.
When we tasted the cake at A La Carte we knew that we did not have to look any further because the cake was perfect. We loved the almond brittle and thought that it was a perfect flavor. It was not overly sweet. It was moist and refreshing. The buttercream frosting was delicious. The person that we worked with, Amy, was very sweet and helpful. She worked with us to make sure that the cake was exactly what we wanted and that it could be made fresh. She gave us several different flavors to taste. She was very willing to work with us. She would allow us to change our mind and change flavors if we needed to. She allowed us to modify the cake in any way that we wanted.
When Amy called me the week of the wedding to confirm the delivery time I was able to tell her exactly how I wanted the cake to look. The flowers that I wanted on top were not out of place. The placement of the fresh flowers was perfect. The cake was to be delivered by 10:00am. The time came and the cake was delivered at 10:10am.
I was so happy because the cake was the perfect color- a true blue sky with small clouds and sun. The placement and color of the flowers were right on. The placement of the cake on top of the round tiers was perfect.
The cake was absolutely beautiful and exceeded my expectations. I was so happy. The fresh flowers and the placement of the fresh flowers were so beautiful. The placement of the fresh flowers was perfect. The frosting was perfect. It was not too sweet. The flavor was amazing. The whole cake was delicious. The cake was moist and fresh. I was so happy. My husband and I used A La Carte for our wedding cake. We went with a combination of red velvet and chocolate mousse filling and vanilla pastry and custard icing. The cake was delicious and was still good a year later when we ate most of the leftovers. We chose a simple plain vanilla cake with raspberry jam and fresh raspberry puree filling. The cake was delicious and looked exactly as we had requested. It was a beautiful soft beige with a thin line of raspberry jam. We had fresh raspberries and blueberries in our arrangement. The cake was moist and flavorful. We also had a special request for our first piece and that was also fulfilled. Our cake was not only beautiful but also delicious and we were very happy with our choice of bakery. I highly recommend this husband and wife team to anyone who needs a cake for any occasion.

I was so lucky to have found A La Carte Dupeiro. I had been to so many weddings where I had that “oh wow I wish I was drinking that” feeling but I never got a chance to experience the delicious taste. Well A La Carte Dupeiro delivered! We were so thrilled to have them as our caterers. They were very accommodating and helpful. They were very prompt and professional. They had great communication and made sure that we had everything we needed to enjoy a perfect night.

The best part was the taste! Our guests were absolutely raving about the rosé champagne and the chocolate mousse. The best part about weddings is that you get to eat whatever you want and whatever you don’t get to eat at your wedding you can eat a year from your wedding on your anniversary and be glad you got to eat some! So I got to eat both of these cakes! How great is that!
