Our gelato was SO yummy! The kids loved it. The service was a little off-putting. We went for the tasting in the store (which was empty, so we were the only ones for quite a long time) and they brought us water in paper cups. They didn’t explain why they did that or give us any information. Then, they only brought us 4 or 5 flavors, but told us they had other flavors if we wanted to try them. We knew we wanted to try them, because they were all really good, so it didn’t matter that we only got 4 or 5. Then, they made us stand out in the store (it was mainly for people who don’t speak English very well) while they got the flavors from the back. Then, they acted like they didn’t know what the kids needed (water in paper cups) and started walking back with nothing. Finally, they brought some water in cups with tabs so it was more secure (and plastic so it wouldn’t leak) and also came with the right amount of water. It was all a little off-putting at first, but the gelato was great!

There are not enough good things to be said about Biscotti and Gelato. We used them for our wedding and they were nothing short of amazing. We had an outdoor wedding with lots of people in chairs and a table with our 2 flavors of cake and gelato. We had a personalized taste testing where we got to choose our flavors, pick what we wanted to sample, and they accommodated every need we had. They worked well with our other vendors, were extremely reasonably priced, and just an all around great vendor to work with. I could not imagine not using them for our wedding. They also created a replica of our cake top for us so that we didn’t have to worry about saving the actual top, and created a replica of the top for us so that we didn’t have to save the actual top!
