Oh my goodness! I had the best experience ever with Nicole and Belle Dolci. I was completely overwhelmed with the amount of choices and all of the different flavors and combinations. Nicole was so helpful guiding me through the whole process. I was a very indecisive bride. She was so great at helping me make my choice in flavors for the cake and the cupcakes and then even helped me pick out flavors for the mini cakes. She was so great to work with and very professional. I can’t even begin to tell you how beautiful my cake and cupcakes came out. She made me a 6 inch cake just for us to cut and freeze and I am really looking forward to eating it in a year! The cupcakes were to die for! They were an absolute hit and I got to take home way more than my guest. Everyone at the wedding was just raving about how great the cupcakes were. I had Belle Dolci at my wedding and my experience with them was just a confirmation that good baking does indeed exist.

I had the pleasure of working with Angela from Belle Dolci for a wedding cake. She was great to work with, was very accommodating to our schedules as we are from out of town, and was very responsive to all questions and requests. She was also very helpful with helping us determine the appropriate size for our cake, and was very helpful with helping us determine the appropriate size for our cake, and was very helpful with helping us determine the appropriate size for our cake, especially since we had no children to feed. The cake itself was wonderful, and she went above and beyond to make it beautiful as well. She hand painted all of the flowers and leafs/bark on the cake, and also incorporated our celtic knot design into the piping on the cake. The cake tasted as delicious as it looked, and we were very helpful with all of the choices of flavors and options for fillings. We highly recommend Belle Dolci and thank you Angela for an amazing cake! We can’t wait to eat the top in a year!

I have been a fan of Belle Dolci’s for a few years now so when it was time to choose a wedding cake I knew exactly where to go. During the cake tasting I was able to try a variety of different cake and filling flavors. I was able to choose a different flavor for each tier of the cake. They have a lot of flavors to choose from. In addition to picking your flavors, you can also pick your frosting. I chose the whipped cream frosting. This choice also let me choose a different flavor for each of the 4 quadrants of the cake.

When the day of the wedding came, I was in love with my cake. It was a beautiful ivory cake that was exactly how I had imagined it to be. It was a pleasure to work with Desiree and I can’t wait to eat the cake again in one year.
