We are a couple that loves cake. We are not just any couple however. When we met, I was a student at University of North Carolina, and Brevard is from there. We met in student city, Morehead. We have been friends since then, and we have never been cake lovers. We are both from Brevard, and have always wanted a cake from there. In 2010, we decided that we were going to get married on Morehead city beach. We have been to Brevard multiple times, and we were able to have the most amazing wedding cake from there. It was so good, that I became a cake lover. We were able to have a cake made from recipes that my grandmother used to make. It was so good that we had it for every occasion from then on. We even had it for our first wedding anniversary. Cake is life to us!

We decided to be a little out of the ordinary with our wedding cake and chose to have a blueberry lemonade cake with a cream cheese icing! Alex made the cake from scratch using fresh blueberries, lemons, and blueberry juice. It was delicious and everyone loved it! It was also absolutely beautiful, decorated perfectly, and exactly how we wanted it. We also had peanut butter fudge for each layer. This was the best peanut butter cake ever, and by far the best part of our wedding! We received tons of compliments and awards for our cake. It was our best selling cake, and our most popular choice! It is the best cake I have ever eaten, and I hope to be able to eat more of it in the future! The best part was that we got a new, fresh cake top for our one year anniversary! It was so beautiful and we couldn’t wait a whole year to eat more of it! We chose the cream cheese icing, and it was delicious. I am not a fan of icing, and I usually thaw in the fridge a couple of slices of cake, but this was so delicious that I ate frozen cake with fresh icing! It was amazing! I would choose this cake over and over again if I had to do it all over again! It was the best wedding cake ever and it was the most delicious!

We used Alex Brett for our wedding cake and groom’s cake. It was so nice to get a chance to meet with him before the wedding and taste a variety of cakes to pick the flavors we wanted for our cakes. We did this about 6 months before our wedding and it was so nice to try a variety of cakes and frostings. We had a great time tasting cakes and talking with Alex. He really took his time with us and helped us create the cakes we wanted. We tasted a lot of great cakes and it was nice to be able to talk with him about what we wanted for a wedding cake and with only a few weeks before the wedding, he really took the time to listen to what we wanted for our cakes. He created the cakes we wanted and they were nothing like we had imagined! The day of the wedding, they were so much better than we could have imagined! Not only did they look great, but they were so delicious. We had a lot of different flavors and they were all great! We had a strawberry cake with cream cheese and fresh strawberries in between the layers. We also had a blueberry pancake cake with sour cream and maple syrup and fresh blueberries in each layer. It was amazing! Alex also made us a super cute iMac cake in a shape of a monitor. This was an amazing cake and it tasted just as great as it looked. All of our guests raved about how delicious they both were! Alex and his wife are so nice, talented and professional. We were so lucky to have gotten the chance to work with them. I would recommend anyone to use Alex and his crew. They will create the cake of your dreams! Thank you so much for everything Alex! It was nothing less than amazing!
