We are so glad that we were referred to Debbie and her team at Caked Bites and Other Delights. They created the most beautiful and delicious four tier ivory fondant covered cake that our family and guests just loved. The cake was moist and the frosting was not overly sweet, which is exactly what we were looking for. There were a variety of different flavored cupcakes that the guests just loved. The best part is that they all looked so easy to make. We were just as shocked when we saw the final product as everyone else.

As if the cake wasn’t enough, we also wanted to give our guests options for their dessert. We wanted a variety of different mini-cupcake options. They have such a wide variety of flavors that we felt like we could get everything we wanted from a mini-cupcake! Our favorites were chocolate stout, champagne, apple pie, and blueberry lemon. Our guests just loved having so many options. We were so happy when we saw their products on their table at the venue. We knew we had achieved our goal of making our guests happy!

If you are looking for a good cake flavor, go with Paul. He is absolutely amazing. He makes the BEST cake flavors in town and his cake bites are the best. I have been doing his tastings for years and I can tell you his cakes are moist and delicious. The only problem you might have is finding a place that will do wedding cakes that are not from a traditional bakery. Paul does not do wedding cakes and neither does his wife. So you have to find someone who will work with you. But I found a cake decorator and she did a wonderful job making our wedding cake. The cake bites are so good that I wanted to use them in multiple ways. I made them into a shape of a bride and groom and used them as our cake topper. They even looked like us! The cake bites were the hit of the night. I highly recommend using them for your wedding.
