My wife and I are long time customers of Ben and Jerry’s. We support the brand by buying a pint of whatever flavor they are releasing that month. So when it was time to choose a flavor for the wedding cake, it was an easy decision to make. We went with Chocolate Salted Caramel. I have heard that some people have had a hard time with the texture of the cake icing, but we had no issues. The cake itself was delicious and the design looked fantastic! We had a 3 tier cake and they gave us the ability to choose 3 different flavors for the tiers. We went with the standard Vanilla Buttercream, Red Velvet, and Cherry Chip. I was very surprised that we had the ability to choose so many flavors! All of them were delicious, but I think my favorite was the Red Velvet. The cake was off-white and had ribbons of the 3 different flavors wrapped around each tier. The entire cake was decorated in a buttercream pattern that had a smaller circle around each flavor. The cake was perfect and our guests are still talking about how good the cake was. Thanks Ben and Jerry’s!

We used Ben and Jerry’s for our wedding favors since they are one of our favorite ice cream stores. We did a tasting and came up with four flavors that we loved. They were super easy to work with, and they asked for a photo of our wedding cake and made the wrappers and caps match the lace on our dresses. We had chocolate raspberry, strawberry ice cream, chocolate peanut butter, and chocolate caramel swirled together. They have a lot of flavors to choose from, and they are all delicious. We had to replace one wrapper with one that was purple, since that is one of our flavors. I didn’t see it until the night of our wedding! The ice cream is all in a cupcake wrapper, and the wrappers look really cute and tied with our wedding theme. They are the same flavor as our wedding favors, so we didn’t have to have different flavors for our favors and ice cream. People loved it, and there was no extra ice cream gooeyness since the cups are large enough. The favors held up great, and no one had any idea that they were ice cream cups! I highly recommend Ben and Jerry’s for wedding favors, or just as ice cream!!
