If you need a cake for a wedding, you need to check out Bethel Bakery. My husband and I chose a simple, yet elegant, three-tier chocolate and vanilla cake with raspberry mousse. It was delicious! They decorated the cake beautifully with fresh flowers and chocolate covered strawberries, just as we requested. Our cake was unique, and we loved it. Not only did the cake look great, but it tasted amazing. We got a lot of compliments from our guests. The best part of all? They will make you a small cake on your 1st anniversary, so you don’t have to eat the frozen cake in the freezer for a whole year! I think that is a great idea! If you decide to use Bethel Bakery for your wedding cake, you won’t be disappointed. Just make sure to share your address with them, so they can send you a small cake on your anniversary!

First of all, let me say that my husband and I were very pleased with how our wedding cake turned out. It was more beautiful than we could have ever imagined. But more importantly than that, it was very delicious! We had a four layer cake, lemon on the first layer, chocolate on the third and fifth layer, and yellow on the second and fourth layer. Our guests were very impressed. We also had a small sheet cake, also in four layers, but with different flavors. We had cookies and cream, chocolate, vanilla, and lemon. It was also very delicious. Our guests kept coming up to us asking where our cake came from, they loved it. It was very important to us that not only was it beautiful, but it was very delicious and it came from a local bakery. That was very important to us.
