Alex was a pleasure to work with. She was very prompt in communicating with us and answering our numerous questions. Our cake was stunning! We had a cake tasting with her and purchased cake samples for our parents. They were very impressed and commented on how delicious the cake was…and it was too because when we went for our second cake tasting, we could barely finish our samples. They were super generous with the tasting and we loved all of the flavors. They were also very helpful in determining how much cake we needed based on the number of guests we had and the type of celebration we were having. The cake was delicious and we could tell that a lot of time and effort was put into making it. We will definitely be using Cake Architecture for our next celebration!

When it comes to cake, I don’t like to mess around. I’m very particular about what I want in both flavor and design. I also need a lot of it. When I began my search for a baker, I was shocked by the price point. Sure, you can pay a lot for a pretty cake, but I want both beauty and substance. I didn’t want to spend a lot for something I wouldn’t even eat. Enter Alex Robba. Not only was his cake good, but his prices were some of the best around AND he was willing to do small, simple cakes as well as more complex and detailed ones. He also worked with me to get as close to my vision as possible without spending a lot. We ended up with a beautiful, unique cake that was both delicious (white chocolate raspberry) and moist. We got to try a lot of his flavors and they were all good. In addition, he was extremely easy to work with and very responsive. He also worked with me to get as close to my vision as possible without spending a lot. Bottom line: great tasting, beautiful and unique cakes at great prices. Oh, and he’s local, so you don’t have to worry about transportation or timing. I highly recommend Alex Robba and I can’t wait to eat my cake again on our anniversary!
