Blended Bakery created the most incredible wedding cake for our wedding at the Water’s Edge, TPC Sawgrass. The cake was a beautiful blue/teal four-tiered cake with white chocolate ganache filling and buttercream frosting. The cake was delicious, moist, flavorful, and very fresh - a great summer dessert. We also ordered an anniversary cake in the same flavor as our wedding cake (chocolate ganache with blueberry and lemon filling)! Our guests loved the cake so much, that there was none left over to eat at the end of the night! We also ordered Blended Bakery’s custom cupcake wrappers in various summer flavors. These matched our wedding cake perfectly and were a great addition to our dessert table. We would absolutely recommend Blended Bakery to anyone looking for an unique wedding cake in the Philadelphia area!

We knew when we tasted the samples that we were going to be in good hands. The owner met with us personally and worked with us on the design of the cake. He listened to what we wanted and the pictures we showed him. The cake was delivered on time and was gorgeous. The best part is that it tasted as good as it looked. We had 5 flavors between cake and filling and all were delicious. We had 3 tiers with different flavors and filling and they were all amazing. I think that the flavor combinations are still being talked about by our guests. We have a unique/personal twist that people seem to love. Our pictures look even better than we had expected. Our cake was even more amazing that we had imagined. They worked with our florist directly to get the right colors and flowers. We have a very large wedding and the team at Blended Bakery listened to our needs and worked with us to make a very special cake. Their service was great, the cost was great, and the final product was amazing. We were so impressed that we have decided to have them make us a cake for our one year anniversary instead of trying to keep a cake a year whole! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a special cake that will be delicious and beautiful.

When my husband and I went to make our cake choices for our wedding, we were very busy since our wedding was in the middle of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. We were so busy that we actually did our cake tasting at home and chose our flavors over video chat. We were so excited about our cake flavors that we decided to select our cake flavors early and then select our cake decorations later so that they would be ready for us.

Our wedding was scheduled for May 20, 2021, but we had to move it twice due to the pandemic and then it was canceled due to the pandemic. We moved it to June 26, 2021, and then it was moved again to August 22, 2021. We were so worried that we wouldn’t be able to have a wedding cake that we actually reduced the size of our wedding party the first time so that we could still have a small cake for the two of us.

On August 21, 2021, we were still waiting on the contract and information from our venue and hadn’t heard anything. I called the venue and was told that it would be emailed that same day. I called and spoke to Paul, who was so understanding and kind. That call was placed at 2:30 PM. At 5 PM, I was still waiting on the contract, so I called and left a message. I called again at 6 PM and left another message. At 8 PM, I was still waiting and I worried that something was wrong. I called the venue again, and Paul answered and said that they were working on getting it to me.

The contract and other information was emailed at 10 PM. We had a small window of about a month to change our minds. The next step was to order our cake decorations, which we did on September 10, 2021. The cake decorations were processed and paid for online on that day.

Our wedding was now officially reschedule for September 20, 2022.

On September 18, 2021, just one month before our original wedding date, Paul called me to discuss some details for the cake decorations. Everything was sounding great and confirmed my thoughts and ideas for the cake decorations. We discussed some of the details and he asked for a swatch of the bridesmaid dress color that I wanted to use. The color was FF7D7DFF, or gold with a darker gold highlight.

The cake was delicious, the decorations were perfect, the price was great, and the service was excellent. I highly recommend them for any cake needs!
