We worked with Fran to create our wedding cake. She was wonderful. She listened to my idea of what I wanted and then helped me create a better vision. Her cake samples were DELICIOUS. Her prices are extremely reasonable (especially for the quality of product). She worked with me to create a wedding cake that I loved and that my husband also loved. (I made all the decorations for the cake and he helped by putting a few things on it). The cake was delivered to the venue on time and in one piece (I didn’t have to worry about anything that day!). The cake was BEAUTIFUL! and tasted WONDERFUL! (It was exactly what we had tested and what we wanted).

Everything was perfect and the cake was delicious. I would highly recommend working with Cakes by Colby and Fran!

Fran makes the best cakes you’ll ever eat. She’s been doing it for years and the only thing that could possibly top that is her recipe for buttercream. It’s the best ever. When we had our wedding cake done by her, we also did a dessert bar. She made over 100 chocolate chip cookies, 120 sugar cookies with our initials, 6" cake balls for us to split, and 6" cake balls for our guests to split. They were all absolutely delicious and everyone loved them. She also made us the most beautiful decorated cookies and a custom cake ball to put on the dessert table. Everything was so amazing and we don’t even have a picture of it all. Just go do taste tests with her and you’ll see what I mean. You won’t be disappointed and if you are then you didn’t really want to get married anyway :)
