We had a wonderful experience working with Cake Shott and Nicole. We were able to do a taste testing of the kind of cake we wanted, as well as the filling and icing. They were both so delicious we couldn’t decide on what to use. We ended up going with two layers of chocolate cake with raspberry preserves and vanilla buttercream, and one layer of almond cake with raspberry filling and vanilla icing. Both were so moist and tasty. Our cake was absolutely beautiful and we couldn’t wait to eat it. We got to choose how we wanted it decorated, and we went with white fondant, white on white designs, and fresh flowers from our florist. It looked so elegant. We were also able to serve a piece as our cake topper. We couldn’t have been more pleased with how everything turned out!

I am so happy to have found Amy and Cake Shots for our wedding this past July. I had looked at some local vendors and knew that the quality of shots they make is important. I was able to try three different flavors (chocolate, almond, and pumpkin) with different filling options (cream cheese, coconut, and chocolate ganache) and ended up picking two different flavor/filling combinations for our four-tier cake. Amy was very patient with me and my husband (who both had very specific vision for what they wanted for their tiers) and their vision came to life beautifully. We also decided on having two of the tiers be chocolate and the other two almond, and everyone loved the variety! I was also able to order gluten free cupcakes for a few of our friends so they could enjoy some of the delicious cupcakes too. Amy and the team at Cake Shots did a great job and we were very happy with our cake and cupcakes!
