We found Apple Cookie Company through our venue, The Loft at Stonebridge, and they were amazing from the start! We did our taste test at their location in State College and enjoyed every second of it. The samples were delicious and we had a blast trying all of them. We decided on different flavors for each tier of our cake and every single one was amazing. We ended up picking cookies and cream for one of our layers, spice for the middle layer and red velvet for the top layer. I sent them several pictures of how I wanted the cake to look and they made sure that it looked just as I had hoped! It tasted amazing, looked amazing, and we even got to hand-deliver our cake topper and stands ourselves! We had nothing to worry about during the whole process.

The only thing that was disappointing was that we didn’t get to eat more of it than we did in the minutes and hours after the wedding! We wanted to eat every single bite of it but that wasn’t possible. We will definitely be going back to Apple Cookie Company again and again and again!

We were so happy with how our wedding cake and cupcakes turned out! The designs were exactly what we asked for and they were delicious! We had multiple people ask us for the name and number of the company we used after our wedding.

At the tasting, we were provided with several different types of cake and frosting/filling combinations to taste. It was great to be able to mix and match different flavors and create our own. The options were Apple Cake, Chocolate Cake, Lemon Cake with Raspberry filling and Vanilla Buttercream frosting, White Cake with Strawberry filling and Vanilla Buttercream frosting, and Red Velvet Cake with Cream Cheese filling and Vanilla Buttercream frosting.

We decided to use Apple Cake for our main cake as it is the lightest cake and the best flavor. We had a small round cake made for us to cut and then we had sheet cakes made for our guests. The round cake was Gluten Free as was the cupcake cake for our guests. The small round cake had a Vanilla Buttercream frosting with Raspberry filling and Raspberry Preserved Lemon, and the cupcake cake had Vanilla Buttercream frosting with Raspberry filling.

The flavors of the cupcakes were Lemon, Red Velvet, and Strawberry with Vanilla Buttercream frosting, and the flavor of the main cake was Lemon with Vanilla Buttercream frosting and Raspberry Preserved Lemons. We had an extra sheet cake made for a second round of cupcakes in the same flavors, but they ran out fast as people were going crazy over the wedding!
